With this system, your payment by card will be processed directly throught the Credit Agricole's securised server for our account. Your credit card number won't be ever communicated to us. When the order is validated by the bank, your account will be debited within a delay of 6 days. These exchange are encrypted and securised thanks to the SSL3 protocol ( Secure Socket Layer ), which became a worlwide norm and is compatible with the main browsers.
Satisfied or refunded :
If you are not really satisfied with your purchase, you can send the product(s) back under 14 days after the delivery. All shipments have to be payed by the customer and have to be in his original packages in perfect state of use, along with the bill. The packet is under the customer responsibility during the shipment. Once all these conditions are met, we will refund you within a delay of 30 days. If you wish to exchange the product, you have to send a paycheck to covers the costs of the increased shipping charges.
Delivery :
The shipping charges on followed Colissimo are free for the France. It is calculated and depend on the type of the articles and the country of destination.
The delay
is about 2 businessday for every destination in
France, subject to the availability of the product.
The delay for the Europe is 4 businessdays.
if a product is not in stock, the average delay is 7 businessdays.
If an article have a delay of
more than 2 weeks, the customer will be notified on his Account in order to find a solution ( Continue the order, choose another product or cancel the order ).
