If you want to contact us :
- An order
- a request to the after-sales service or return
- a reference error on a battery or a charger
The return must be accompanied by ORDER NUMBER to identify you .
The packages without ORDER NUMBER will be refused by our client service.
All freight charges of the returned items must be paid.
If a command error occur, a check of 7 euros will be addressed to you covering the return postage.

Interventions under the guarantee could not prolong it. Warranty is limited to repair, replacement
or a refund of the products sold if they are no longer available for sale. To exercise your warranty do not remove the label
including the technical characteristics of your charger or battery.
